This page will be used to provide important up to date information on the way we are handling the current COVID 19 situation. As you will be aware, this is a fast moving situation and government guidance can change at any time. We are monitoring government guidance, together with guidance from the local authority, the United Kingdom Homecare Association, the Care Quality Commission and the NHS. When anything changes which effects the way we are working, we will update this webpage and also notify you via email, text or phone.

Service User / Care Worker Groups & Social Distancing 

Please ensure you know which carers and which service users are in your group and who is your group leader, you will have received this information by text and email. It is important you DO NOT come in to contact with anyone not in your group until we deem it safe to do so. This is to reduce the number of interactions as per government guidelines and to limit the potential spread of infection if it were to occur.
